If you do not have insurance coverage, a 500 dollar down payment of your patient portion is expected at the beginning of treatment (Preliminary Impressions). However, if your insurance covers a portion of the expense, a partial payment of the patient portion will be required on your first appointment with us. Payments accepted are Visa, Mastercard, cheque, debit or cash. PLEASE NOTE: NO AMERICAN EXPRESS PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
WARRANTY
A five-year warranty against breakage covers your new denture(s). THE FIVE WARRANTIES WILL NOT EXTEND TO INSURANCE COMPANIES; the patient portion is covered only under warranty. Your quote is created based on your consultation. This estimate is valid for the current year.
Twenty-four hours notice of cancellation is required before appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
